As much as possible, we shop locally and actively promote locally produced foods and culinary products. Reducing environmental impact of transporting food while supporting local economy helps us keep more dollars in our great state.

It Was Great the First Time Around. It will be even better when recycled! All of our cardboard, paper and aluminum is recycled. At party sites and in our kitchen we sort and recycle glass and plastic. We offer new lines of biodegradable disposable-ware.

We don't consider being green a fad or a movement. For us, cooking and enjoying dishes that is seasonal, grown locally and prepared naturally is just part of living and eating graciously.
